We collect what you type into the contact form, and nothing else. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no tracking cookie on this site. Your theme choice is stored in your own browser and never reaches us.

1. What we collect
Only what you send us on purpose:
- The contact form — your first and last name, email address, the service you selected, and your message.
- Email you send us directly, and anything you share with us during a project.
Our host records standard server logs, including IP addresses, as every web server does. We do not analyse them or link them to you.
2. What we do not collect
- No analytics. No Google Analytics, no tag manager, no alternative. (Google reCAPTCHA runs on the contact page — see section 4 — but it is a spam check, not analytics, and we receive no report from it.)
- No advertising or social pixels, and no remarketing.
- No tracking cookies. We set no cookies at all.
- No profiling, no automated decisions, and nothing sold or shared for advertising.
The only thing stored in your browser is your light or dark theme choice, kept in local storage under the key theme. It never leaves your device. Clearing your browser data removes it.
3. Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, and deliver work you have engaged us for. That is the whole purpose. We will not add you to a mailing list because you used the contact form.
4. Who else sees it
- Formspree processes the contact form and passes it to our inbox.
- Our email and hosting providers, in the ordinary course of delivering mail and serving this site.
- Google, on the contact page only. That page loads Google reCAPTCHA v3 to tell real enquiries from automated ones. Doing so sends your IP address, browser information, and how you interacted with the page to Google, which uses it under its own privacy policy and terms. It runs only when the contact page is open, never on any other page, and it is used only to score that submission — never for advertising or analytics by us.
Every image on this site is drawn by us and served from this domain — no image host and no font CDN. Apart from reCAPTCHA on the contact page described above, no third party receives a request from your browser.
If you would rather not load reCAPTCHA at all, email us directly at hello@brandnbuildservices.com instead of using the form. It reaches the same inbox.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Project records are kept while we work together and for as long as tax and accounting rules require afterwards. Ask us to delete something sooner and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what we hold about you,
- send you a copy of it,
- correct anything wrong, or
- delete it.
Email hello@brandnbuildservices.com and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge. If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR rights to object and to data portability apply too, and you may complain to your data protection authority. In the Philippines, that is the National Privacy Commission.
7. Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Access to client data is limited to the people working on your project and protected by individual accounts. No system is perfect — if something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you rather than hope you do not notice.
8. Children
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes
If this changes we will update the date at the top. Anything you want to ask about it goes to hello@brandnbuildservices.com.
