2. A short call, if it looks like a fit

   Thirty minutes to understand the problem. Free, and with no obligation afterwards.

3. A fixed quote

   Scope, price, and delivery date in writing within 48 hours. If we are not the right studio for it, we will say so.

4. You set up the accounts, in your name

   Domain and hosting are yours from the start, not handed over at the end — we do the signups with you on a call, about twenty minutes. On a Care retainer we take over the upkeep, but the accounts stay in your name, so leaving is never a migration. Full terms
